Beautiful run

As I was running along the Hudson River today, I watched a speedboat tear along and make the shape of an "S" and ripple away for a good 10 minutes. It was glorious! It was for me ;)
I need to focus more on the beauty of my runs....
As I biked today (15 miles) it was 48 degrees. I WAS FREEZING! I am a master at dressing for winter runs, but biking i ssoooo different. It is so windy the whole time. My toes were cold. My face was cold. I blew snot rockets the whole time (per usual) hahha
I will get it right!

Also loving at the moment:
my banana/walnut/flax/dark choc chunk muffins mmmmmm

best. soup. everrr

Yummmm
brown some 93% lean ground turkey in seperate pan.

Take 1 onion, 1 can of diced tomatoes, bag frozen buttternut squash, bag of split peas, some bite sized kale.

In a big pot saute the onion until soft. Add tomatoes, butternut squash and bag of peas with about 4 cups water. Bring to a boil then simmer for about an hour or until peas are mushy (yum). Add turkey, spices and kale.

sooo good.

Top with some cheddar cheese and light ranch dressing ;)
