I ran 9 miles today! The most ever! On the most brutal hills!
Yay! Uhh I am so sore though...i need to roll the hell out of myself hehe
On another note, I made the most fantastic soup! Lentil/veggie
Saute one onion/garlic, add crushed tomatos and a bag of lentils. Season. Add 8 cups h20, bring to a boil. Simmer 1 hour. Add lots of kale and cook it down. Top w/parm cheese and eat with kashi crackers. Yummmm!
