People often ask how I stay motivated, particularly on my long runs - but I actually enjoy running. It makes me feel alive and free. When I'm running along the coast or through beautiful forest, I can't imagine anything better. Of course there are days (afternoons especially) when I'm tired and I think it might be nice not to have to train - but it's when you conquer a tough session that you were nervous about that you feel the best. paula radcliife :)

Things may not be sitting right for you today, shan, especially in the department of love and romance. You may find that your need to plan and calculate is disrupted by unexpected variables and stubborn attitudes. Stop looking at things as problems and see them more as opportunities. A negative attitude will paralyze you from getting anything done. The key is to work with what you have and make the most of it. Things don't need to be exactly according to plan in order for them to work out.
